Production : Luna Apparels has state-of the-art production facility in Kolkata, India. Luna manufactures under a centralized unit, spread over an area of approx. 60,000 square ft. All operations of auto CAD, sample preparation, storage, stitching, finishing, packing and quality control are centralized under one roof. Luna Apparels also operates in various satellite units around the outskirts of Kolkata. The main purpose of these units is to fulfil Luna Apparels’ share of corporate social responsibility through rural upliftment. Luna is one of the very few factories in India that has set up for manufacturing garments both in assembly line system and in individual piece-rate system enabling ease of production of small as well as large order volumes.
